Ivan specialises in team coaching as a practitioner, trainer and supervisor and highly involved in developing the coaching profession to be ethical, inclusive and evidence-based. He contributes to this within his role as the President of the EMCC UK. With a corporate background in large Banking and Engineering sectors, he has a breadth of leadership experience and has been coaching for more than twenty years. Passionate about leadership, Ivan carries out intensive academic research to make sure that Mélange keeps on top of the latest thinking in its leadership development work.
