Ivan Beaumont is an EMCC Accredited Coach and Mentor at Senior Practitioner Level and an EMCC Accredited Coach Supervisor. With over 25 years’ experience, Ivan is recognised as a thought leader in systemic team coaching and systems leadership.
As former President of EMCC UK, he led a 4,300+ member professional body through growth and innovation, championing stewardship and inclusivity. His practice integrates systemic frameworks—Wheatley’s living systems, Meadows’ systems thinking, Stroh’s leverage points—with psychological safety research and wellbeing models like PERMA.
Ivan has designed and delivered accredited programmes and facilitated strategic interventions for complex organisations, including creating an internal coaching network of 80+ professionals at Network Rail. His approach enables leaders to embed resilience, inclusivity, and cultural transformation, ensuring measurable impact and sustainable change.

Bernadette Rothwell is an EMCC Accredited Coach at Senior Practitioner Level, with extensive experience in leadership development and systemic team coaching. Her practice focuses on enabling organisations to thrive in complexity by embedding psychological safety, resilience, and inclusive leadership.
Bernadette has co-designed and delivered accredited programmes and facilitated strategic interventions for senior leadership teams in sectors such as rail and non-profit. She brings relational depth and systemic awareness to every engagement, helping leaders and teams align purpose, performance, and wellbeing.
Her work empowers organisations to build internal capability, reduce reliance on external consultants, and create culture carriers who drive sustainable change from within.

Mandy is an experienced leadership and team coach, drawing on almost a decade of practice in coaching and leadership development, following a senior career in the NHS. Her work focuses on supporting leaders and teams build psychological safety, strengthen collaboration, and lead with values. With deep expertise in human behaviour and group dynamics, Mandy brings a compassionate yet outcome-focused approach to driving meaningful change.
She has designed and delivered national and regional leadership programmes, including for patient leaders, embedding co-production into service design. She also supported executive teams across complex healthcare systems to build trust-based cultures and significantly improve engagement and performance.
Mandy is an EMCC Coach Practitioner, a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, a certified High Performance Team 360 practitioner, and an Associate Member of both EMCC and the Association for Coaching. She is also a graduate of the Common Purpose Senior Leadership Programme.
