Ivan brings extensive experience in leadership development, organisational change and team coaching. As a former President of EMCC UK, he contributed to shaping professional standards across the coaching and supervision community. His work integrates systemic insight, relational intelligence and practical organisational understanding, supporting leaders and teams to work with complexity, build alignment and develop capability that lasts.

Bernadette has nearly two decades of experience supporting leaders and teams across complex organisational systems. Her practice blends systemic thinking, reflective supervision and relational leadership, helping leaders see patterns, navigate uncertainty and act with clarity and presence. She has worked across infrastructure, digital, transformation and purpose‑driven sectors, and is known for creating thoughtful, courageous spaces where meaningful change can emerge.
We partner with a small group of trusted Associate Practitioners who extend our capacity to support leaders and teams across different parts of the system. Each associate brings specialist capability and shares our relational, ethical and systemic approach to leadership, coaching and organisational development.

Mandy is an experienced leadership and team coach with a background in senior NHS leadership. She supports leaders and teams to build psychological safety, strengthen collaboration and lead through values. Mandy has extensive experience designing and delivering national and regional leadership programmes, including work with patient leaders and co‑production in service design. She brings a compassionate, outcome‑focused approach grounded in deep understanding of human behaviour and team dynamics.

Mélange Coaching began with a shared belief that leadership and teams flourish when they work with the realities of their system, not against them. Over years of supporting leaders, teams and organisations in complexity, we saw that real change came not from tools or models alone, but from presence, relationship and reflective practice.
We created Mélange to offer thoughtful, courageous spaces where leaders and teams can explore what’s emerging, see patterns more clearly and take grounded, purposeful action.
