We deliver one‑to‑one coaching for leaders, managers and practitioners working in complex organisational settings. Our coaching supports reflective practice, values‑based decision‑making and leadership capability, and is designed to align with both individual development goals and organisational priorities.

Coaching is delivered virtually or face‑to‑face and may include structured discovery, ongoing reflective dialogue and, where appropriate, the use of diagnostic tools. All coaching is delivered in line with framework requirements.

We provide team coaching and group reflection for intact teams, cross‑boundary groups and leadership collectives. Our work focuses on strengthening collaboration, shared leadership and learning across roles, functions and services.

Team coaching is designed in partnership with commissioners and sponsors, informed by organisational context and system priorities. Delivery may include facilitated team sessions, group supervision and action learning, in line with the scope of the framework.

We design and deliver leadership and systems‑focused training programmes that build coaching capability, systems awareness and leadership practice. Our training offer includes structured programmes delivered as standalone interventions or as progressive pathways.

Programmes are tailored to organisational context and may include live practice, group reflection and faculty observation. Delivery is available virtually or face‑to‑face and is aligned with the Training and Development Services framework requirements.
